Joe Rios spent 15+ years turning wrenches for other plumbing outfits across Eastern Connecticut. Hundreds of jobs — service calls, repipes, water heaters, commercial work — and a front-row seat to every way a shop can lose touch with its customers.
In 2023 he started Dr. Pipe Right, LLC out of his truck with one goal: run the kind of plumbing company he'd want showing up at his own house. Straight quotes. Clean work. A real person on the phone. No call-center nonsense.
Today it's still a tight, personal operation — Joe on the tools, with apprentice Xavier along on most calls. When you hire Dr. Pipe Right, you're hiring Joe. Same hands on the job. Same name on the invoice. Same phone number if something goes sideways.
